Low Voltage Electrical Feeder Pillar for Power Distribution Metering Control & Protection Board
General:
JP type power feeder pillar (panel) is Integrated with power distribution /metering /protection /control /reactive power compensation function. This panel is extensively used in commercial and residential areas for low voltage distribution applications. It complies with standard IEC 60439.
JP type feeder pillar enclosure was made of 1.5-3mm high quality stainless steel plate after multiple bending flanging process (flame retardant, environmental protection, heat insulation, anti-condensation performance), using special stainless steel welding process.
The internal beam for installation is treated with hot dip galvanization, in order to ensure anti-corrosion for twenty years.
The front and rear doors have features for easy operation and maintenance as the doors were edged with high elastic aging sealant. Each door is equipped with two types of lock, padlock with anti-rain cover.
The protection grade is lP54.
Service environment
- Altitude above sea level: ≤2000 meters.
- Ambient air temperature: -5℃~+40℃ and the average temperature ≤ +35℃ for 24h.
- Air condition: Clean air. Relative humidity ≤ 50% at +40℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature – for example 90% at +20℃.
- No fire, explosive, no serious pollution, chemical corrosion and intense vibration.
- Installation gradient: ≤ 5℃.
- Control center is suitable to the transportation and store with following temperature:-25℃ ~+55℃, it should not exceed +70℃ in short time (within 24h).
